MMA Conditioning

Our Approach

An attack isn't a marathon but a sprint.  MMA Conditioning class with Fred Ettish (former UFC 2 fighter) is engineered to get the student in fighting shape for competition or to fight for your life.

If you are looking to get into fighting shape than this class is for you. Cardio & Metabolic training will build your endurance, power, and speed. Our instructors don’t just push you physically but you get extra technique and application training that you don’t find at a kickboxing gym.

First 45 minutes is strength and conditioning specific exercises.  The remaining 45 minutes are spent technique drilling with 3 minutes work, 1 minute rest cycles.

Drilling focuses on stand-up, grappling and sparring prep.
